Located at the foot of green hills, in a beautiful setting between sea and mountains, the spacious and comfortable Basque architecture pavilions of the village-club can benefit from the beach (400 m), the proximity of Hendaye (at 1.5 km) and the Spanish border (at 4 km), and the mild climate. Hendaye beach is the largest and one of the safest of the Basque coast.
The village offers:

- A new heated indoor pool with fitness room
- A new bar and spacious panoramic terrace open to the restaurant that offers spectacular views of the ocean, mountains and Spain.
- Wifi access from the reception, the restaurant, the bar and the terrace, and the entertainment/conference room.
Keep some time to explore the incredible Basque culture. Its traditions, gastronomy, dances,
music, games and parties are a journey by themselves!
ACCOMODATIONS
Participants are invited to stay at the Azureva center where the conference will take place.
Booking : Please, check the corresponding box when filling the online registration form.
Rooms are proposed in :
- single occupancy and will cost 75€/day (375 € from June 23 to June 28), including breakfast and lunch. Extending your stay before June 23 and/or after June 28 is possible, but these extra days will be charged 94 €/day.
- double occupancy at the rate of 62 € / day (310 € from 23 to 28 June), breakfast and lunch included.

Extending your stay before June 23rd and / or after June 28th is possible, but these extra days will be charged at € 94 / day.
The accommodation cost will have to be paid directly on site during your stay.
Additional information :
Rooms can comfortably accomodate up to two persons (possibly three, if a child).
- Extra cost for an accompanying person : 160 € (June 23 to June 28, breakfasts and lunches included)
- Extra cost for a child (from 2 to 12 years old) : 80 € (June 23 to June 28, breakfasts and lunches included)
