REGISTRATION FEES

The registration platform is open from January 15th to June 28th 2019.

Early registration fees :  230 € (VAT included) until April 15, 2019

Late registration fees :  330 € (VAT included) from April 16, 2019

Registration packages will cover :

• • conference access
  • morning and afternoon refreshments
  • the welcome reception- lunches
  • the excursion (Wednesday afternoom, June 26th)
  • the conference dinner (Thurday, June 27th)
  • conference material, including the detailed program and abstracts.

MEAN OF PAYMENT

Payment of the registration fee is possible only online. If you have a problem with this option, please
contact us at sdob9-registration@sciencesconf.org

• On-line payment (paybox system) : all credit cards are accepted except American Express
  (the transaction costs are too high). After completing the registration form, you will be redirected
  to a secure online payment site.

ACCOMPANYING PERSONS

Accompanying persons are welcome to attend the social events associated with the conference.

Information on the excursions and the conference dinner will be communicated to you on a later date.
Participation of accompanying persons to these events will be paid directly on site.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Refund of the registration fees upon cancellation may be possible in case of force majeure. 
Cancellation requests must be written and sent to sdob9-registration@sciencesconf.org before 
April 15th, 2019.  

Cancellations received after this date will not be eligible for refund.
